Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the BoatExtra platform operated by BoatExtra SARL, a company registered in Morocco.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BoatExtra platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
BoatExtra is an online marketplace that connects travellers with verified boat operators and sea-experience providers across Morocco. We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the agreement between travellers and operators.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to operator availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or CMI. BoatExtra charges a service fee disclosed at checkout. Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by individual operators and displayed on each listing before booking. BoatExtra's service fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a verified operator fault. In the event of a dispute, contact us at support@boatextra.com.
6. Operator Responsibilities
Operators are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the safety of their vessels, holding valid licences and insurance, and delivering the booked experience as described. BoatExtra verifies documentation at onboarding but cannot guarantee real-time compliance.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false or misleading information; use the Platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to circumvent our payment systems; scrape, copy, or republish Platform content without permission; or harass other users or operators.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to BoatExtra. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, BoatExtra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of profit.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
